  • Extensive experience in M&A, equity raising and all forms of debt raising

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse

  • Law degree from Oxford University

  • When not working, Mark enjoys hiking, golf and watching rugby

Arjan Stavast
Advisor, LNG Bunkering

  • Over 15 years experience in the energy markets

  • Former Head of Shell’s LNG bunkering business in Europe and the Middle East (until Oct 2020)

  • Lead negotiator in all Shell’s major LNG bunkering contracts, creating a portfolio of 400 ktpa of LNG with major counter parts (e.g. Hapag Lloyd, Carnival and Teekay)

  • Responsible for Shell global strategy for partnering and network development

  • Established a joint venture between Shell and Qatar Petroleum for LNG bunkering

  • Keynote speaker at numerous industry conferences

  • Independent executive advisor on LNG bunkering to major shipping companies
